March Product Updates: Website – now with Pagebuilder
This month, we’re making it easier to publish, manage, and scale your content across teams and sites. With the upgrade of Website, a new way to build fully public-facing sites, and shared content components across organisations, you can now simplify your setup while reducing duplication.
Alongside this, we’ve made a range of improvements to Mediabank, tagging, accessibility, and overall usability.
Website – now with Pagebuilder
We’ve introduced a new way to build fully public-facing sites using the power of the Pagebuilder CMS, which is the same editor as Media Center.
The new version of Website is designed specifically for public communication without the complexity of access control.
What’s new:
- Design your website with much more flexibility.
- No login, permissions, or gated content
- Simplified admin experience with fewer settings
- Streamlined contact management and distribution
- This replaces the legacy Website product and brings all public publishing into a modern, unified experience.
👉 Note: We will not be making any changes to Website-customers’ content, but we will be reaching out to plan and help you transfer your existing Website to the new platform.

New: Shared content across sites (organisation-level)
You can now reuse content across different sites within the same organisation—without duplicating work.
How it works:
- New “Shared” component category in Page Builder
- Display content (like posts, live events, or premieres) from another site
- Filter content by:
- Categories (for posts)
- Channels and program types (for live and premieres)
- Tags (available across all content types)
Teams can now publish content once and reuse it everywhere, perfect for organisations with separate press and corporate sites.
Where to find it: Media Center → Pages → Edit page or create a new one → Add component (Shared within Organization) → Shared Latest Post

Enhancements
Smarter link handling for email delivery
We’ve improved how the platform handles shortened URLs to reduce the risk of emails being blocked.
- Automatically expands shortened links where possible
- Warns you if a link may affect deliverability
This helps ensure your communications actually reach your audience.

Improved Mediabank experience
We’ve refined how content is displayed in Mediabank within the Media Center.
- Clearer structure for collections and subcollections
- More consistent grid layout
- Improved browsing experience
- Better performance and visual clarity
This makes it easier to navigate large libraries of content—especially for teams managing high volumes of assets.

Tags now visible and clickable (Admin)
Tags are now shown directly in lists across posts and Screening Room content in Admin.
- Instantly see which tags are applied
- Click a tag to filter content
- Faster navigation through large datasets
This update replaces the previous press kit-based structure, offering a more flexible and scalable way to organise and discover content.

Improved accessibility (WCAG)
We’ve continued improving accessibility support across Pagebuilder.
- Better handling of image alt text
- More consistent implementation across components
Helping you meet accessibility standards while improving usability for all users.
